Excellent vintage condition with light wear consistent with age and workshop use. Mechanism appears intact. Box shows age wear from storage. All discs are included. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description.

The operation involves a rolling process using a handle and specific discs:
Securing the machine: The machine should be securely bolted to a table or workbench to prevent movement during use.
Placing the ring: The ring to be enlarged is placed over a rod on the machine.
Selecting the disc: A rolling disc that matches the width and outer roundness of the ring is selected and inserted into the handle pipe.
Applying pressure: The handle is slowly turned to bring the disc into contact with the outside of the ring. It is crucial not to apply too much pressure at once.
Rolling and checking: The user rolls the ring back and forth, slowly tightening or releasing the pressure as needed. The ring must be removed frequently to check the measurement and ensure symmetrical enlargement.
