Antique Ironstone Pitcher, Blue Transferware Dutch Scene

A simple, blue and white Dutch style transferware pitcher. This delicate painted scene depicts a girl collecting flowers in a field and being chased by a goose, with windmills in the distant background. This vintage ironstone milk pitcher has moderate crazing, consistent with its age and an authentic feature of vintage ironstone. We find the crazing to be one of its endearing features.

No chips noted at all and the blues are clear and dark. Unique gift for mom. Could also be used as a stoneware vase.
