This is a sealed (shrink wrapped) NOS (new old stock) box in typical, shelf worn condition. The kit was manufactured between 1976 and 1994 and has never been opened.

he House of Miniatures furniture kits are all 12th scale, precision models made of real wood and excellent detail. This allows unlimited customization while also being period correct, even in the standard build. They take stain well and the brass hardware (where required) completes the beautiful form with functional doors and drawers.
